Processed People is a unique Vortescape critiquing the human story in a fictional neon city scape. Dowdeswell's latest painting portrays faceless, identical masses trapped in prisons, rolling off conveyor belts, commuting on trains and battling on the streets. It is an intense offering which discusses broad ranging themes from CCTV to our right to protest with a dark, comical sense of humour.
